Delivery
- Orders are prepared in 1–2 working days.
- Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your area, with our courier partner Bosta.
- You receive a tracking message as soon as your order ships.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay when your order arrives.
- Card: pay by debit or credit card at checkout.
- Bank instalments: at checkout, choose Bank Installments and pick your bank.
- Mobile wallet: pay from your wallet at checkout.
Open and check before you pay
You can open your order and check it with the courier before paying.
Exchange policy
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp or Instagram, with your order number and the size or style you want.
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unused and in its original condition.
- We send a courier to collect the piece and deliver the replacement within 3 working days.
If your order arrives damaged or wrong
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.
