How does the pair offer work?
Add any 2 swimsuits to your bag and the price becomes 2,999 EGP automatically. No code needed. Up to 2 pairs per order, while stock lasts.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will update it.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your area. You receive a tracking message as soon as it ships.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. You can open your order and check it with the courier before you pay.
Size & fit
How do I choose my size?
Our swimwear sizes are based on weight: S 45–55 kg, M 55–65 kg, L 65–75 kg, XL 75–85 kg, 2XL 85–95 kg, 3XL 95–110 kg. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. See the full size guide.
What size are the cover-ups?
Cover-ups are one size and fit all body types comfortably.

Exchange
Can I exchange my swimsuit?
Yes. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or Instagram. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unused and in its original condition. We send a courier to collect it and deliver the replacement.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace it.

What is the fabric like?
Lightweight, full-coverage swim fabric that dries quickly after every swim.
How do I care for my swimsuit?
Rinse in cool fresh water after each swim, wash gently by hand, and dry flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying and ironing.
